Katlin Wilcox focuses her practice on personal lines property and casualty litigation in Texas state and federal courts. She also has experience in third-party insurance defense litigation. Katlin is committed to providing quality representation to her clients and achieving favorable results.

Katlin is a strong writer and has experience preparing summary-judgment motions, trial briefs, motions to strike experts, motions to compel discovery, and motions for mistrial. Katlin also enjoys practicing in federal court and has been called the “Queen of Removals” due to her extensive experience in federal court. Additionally, Katlin is passionate about legal research. She has spent many hours researching and analyzing specialized areas of law, including insurance codes and regulations, admiralty and maritime law, oil and gas law, and international law. When it comes to legal questions, she leaves no stone unturned.
