Jonathan Peirce primarily focuses his practice on defending property insurers against claims of breach of contract, “bad faith,” and violations of the Texas Insurance Code and Deceptive Trade Practices Act; and defending Texas automobile drivers who have had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a collision.
With more than 17 years of litigation experience in myriad areas of practice and trial experience in both state and federal courts, his primary source of enjoyment in his work is exceeding client expectations.
Jon tailors the methods and extent of communications to client needs and preferences and works hard to ensure collaboration in his cases.
Jon takes a disciplined approach to his work, continuously looking ahead and planning for upcoming deadlines and events so that his clients have ample time to respond, provide their input, and seek authority as needed.
With his experience working as a liability claims adjuster for over a decade, Jon has first-hand knowledge of the daily demands of his clients.
