Obtained take-nothing summary judgment for real estate brokerage and agent involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty arising from representation of competing bidders for multi-million dollar property.

Successfully defended numerous administrative complaints filed against real estate brokerages and agents with the Texas Real Estate Commission with no action taken.
