David Points III focuses his practice on general liability and catastrophic injury litigation, as well as domestic and surplus line carriers. He handles a wide variety of bad faith claims in both state and federal courts, leveraging his substantial experience to consistently achieve favorable results for his clients.

His philosophy is that effective representation inherently entails appropriately litigating the size and complexity of the matter. Focused discovery, early exploration of settlement potential, and judicious use of motion practice are the key elements of his practice style.  Tailoring the level of litigation to the size and complexity of the matter, David consistently achieves favorable results for his clients in a cost-conscious manner.

Personal service and professional excellence are the foundation upon which David has built his legal practice. As a former Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, David is well-respected by both sides of the legal profession for his proficiency and knowledge.
