This webinar will review recent trends and their impact on UM/UIM litigation in Texas. We will discuss the issues in handling claims for UM/UIM benefits. At the conclusion of the course, you will have a better understanding of the various standards applied by other intermediate courts of appeals, as well as the Texas Supreme Court, in handling claims for UM/UIM benefits and whether a UM/UIM insurer can consent to be bound by a jury verdict against a tortfeasor that is never reduced to judgment.
