
Craig Dupen is an experienced insurance and corporate defense attorney with a deep background representing insurance companies in coverage, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability litigation. During law school, Craig completed a federal court clerkship.
He has more than 15 years of experience and has dedicated his career to helping companies evaluate, manage, and minimize legal risks in various roles. Craig has served as outside counsel defending everything from small local businesses to Global Fortune 50 corporations.
Craig has experience as a senior claims counsel for various insurance clients and as a senior in-house counsel handling North American product litigation and safety issues for an international equipment manufacturer. His experience provides a uniquely helpful perspective on how best to solve problems for his clients.
His key strengths and skills include accurately assessing liability risk and damages exposure, creatively solving problems and developing strategies to reduce those risks and exposures, effectively negotiating favorable settlements when possible, and meticulously preparing the strongest case to present at trial.
