Represented a general contractor in a construction dispute involving the design and construction of a water line project in Kansas.

Represented a heavy civil contractor in a construction dispute related to a highway construction project in San Antonio, Texas.

Represented developer in construction defect litigation involving the design and construction of a luxury high rise condominium project.

Represented a general contractor in a proposed class action lawsuit involving federal wage claims.
