Alex Gonzalez is a trial attorney who focuses on defense against personal injury, Dram Shop Act, wrongful death, and construction defect claims. Her practice has a foundation in swift resolution where she has found success for her clients through motions to compel, dismissal of claims with prejudice, and motions for summary judgment.

She has also been first chair in defense at trial, including a take-nothing judgment involving a claim for property damage due to a fire at an apartment complex.

Alex is passionate about civil procedure and litigation and will work diligently and effectively to obtain the best resolution for her clients.

Background

Her clients are insurance companies and their insureds. Her work for insurance companies includes defense against claims mishandling, UM/UIM, and property damage claims. Her work for the insureds ranges from defense against personal injury claims under automobile insurance policies to defense against premises liability, Dram Shop Act, and breach of contract claims under commercial general liability policies for bars, restaurants, event venues, and construction companies.
