Thompson Coe Recognized in Multiple Law360 Diversity Rankings

Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, L.L.P (Thompson Coe) is pleased to announce that the firm has recently been recognized in three different diversity rankings by the prominent legal news publication, Law360.
For the first time, Law360 has ranked the 100 best U.S. law firms for women, based on the firm’s female representation at the partner and non-partner levels and its total number of female attorneys. Of over 300 U.S.-based law firms surveyed, Thompson Coe ranked 30th.
In addition to being ranked in the “Top 100 Best Law Firms For Female Attorneys,” Thompson Coe made a repeat appearance among the 25 firms that have made “significant strides toward gender equality at their highest ranks,” earning the designation of Law360 Ceiling Smasher two years in a row. The 2015 Ceiling Smashers are the 25 U.S.-based law firms out of more than 300 surveyed that have the highest percentage of female partners, including equity and non-equity partners.
Most recently, Law360 announced the 100 best U.S. law firms for racial minorities, based on the firms’ minority representation at the partner and nonpartner levels and their total number of minority attorneys. Of 289 firms surveyed Thompson Coe ranked within the top 20th percentile at 58, exceeding the overall average among U.S. law firms.
