Michael Kirkland is a litigation attorney focusing on defending clients in personal injury, premises liability, general insurance defense and construction defect claims.

He brings a diverse background and experience in solving complex problems to obtain results that focus on achieving client objectives.

His military experience includes multiple mobilizations and deployments, including Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom, Hurricane Katrina, and two deployments to Afghanistan supporting ISAF, Hurricane Harvey, and Operation Lonestar.

Michael continues to serve his country and the state of Texas as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas Air National Guard.

Obtained summary judgment for roofing subcontractor in construction defect case involving multiple school campuses.
