Wynne Reece Recognized on Rising Stars 2023 and Top Women Attorneys Lists

Minnesota partner Wynne Reece was recognized on the 2023 Minnesota Super Lawyers – Rising Stars list for the 5th year in a row. She was selected for this honor subsequent to undergoing an evaluation of many different factors including peer recognition and professional achievement.

Wynne is listed for for her practice in closely held business, business/corporate, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, alternative dispute resolution, and business litigation.

Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to the Rising Stars list, which comprises attorneys who are 40 years of age (or younger) or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Wynne represents businesses of varying sizes, creative entrepreneurs, artists, professional entities, and individuals, in a variety of commercial matters. Wynne is uniquely situated when representing clients, as she has started two successful businesses and successfully transitioned both of them. She understands the challenges facing business owners, the investment that many make into their business from an emotional and physical aspect, as well as a financial one, and she is herself a creative, and thus thinks like one too.
