Thompson Coe continues to expand its offerings in the Saint Paul office with the addition of Wynne Reece. Wynne brings more than 10 years’ experience and is the founder of The Creative’s Counsel, which offers clients access to a dedicated business and intellectual property legal team and has served more than 1,500 clients.

Wynne represents businesses of varying sizes, creative entrepreneurs, artists, professional entities, and individuals in a variety of commercial matters, including general structure, client relations and disputes, business growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate, and mediation. As a successful business owner, Wynne understands the challenges facing her clients, the investment that many make into their business from an emotional to physical to financial.

Wynne also devotes much of her time to philanthropic ventures, including founding a pro bono legal clinic in North Minneapolis, serving on several committees and boards, and completing more than 150 pro bono hours per year since her licensure. Many of her clients describe her as a trailblazer and a trusted adviser who provides counsel for all of those in need.

Wynne received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.S. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. She was also an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
