Thompson Coe Elects Three New Partners

DALLAS – September 2020 – Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the election of three new partners – Jeffrey Janota, Matthew Kolodoski, and Raymond Kutch. A brief overview of each partner is below:
Jeffrey Janota – Austin: Jeff Janota devotes his practice to the defense of clients and insurers in civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction defect, professional liability, UM/UIM and bad faith. Jeff routinely represents developers, property owners and management companies, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, hotels, insurance companies, agents, transportation companies and drivers.
Matthew Kolodoski – Dallas: Matthew Kolodoski is a litigation attorney who has successfully represented clients through all phases of trial and appellate proceedings in state and federal courts throughout Texas. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of insurance carriers in all aspects of insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation. Matthew is on the Board of Directors for the State Bar of Texas as a Section Representative and Chair-Elect of the Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section of the State Bar of Texas. He was also accepted to the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers’ 2020 Leadership Class. Matthew is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Raymond Kutch – Houston: Ray focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad-faith cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He also assists insurance companies and commercial clients with complex issues in litigation, including jurisdictional challenges, summary judgments, expert challenges, mandamus relief, the jury charge, and post-trial motions. Ray is a Texas Super Lawyer – Rising Star 2018-2020.
