Firm attorneys will conduct the Third Annual Thompson Coe Labor & Employment Seminar, being offered free of charge by the firm to its clients and friends. This year’s seminar will be held at the beautiful Arlington Hall, on Turtle Creek in Dallas:

This seminar is limited to Thompson Coe clients, prospective clients, or others who can benefit from a working relationship with Thompson Coe as well as individuals who have been invited by the firm.

The seminar includes the following highlights:

Sessions on the most current labor and employment law developments and hot topics, including, e.g., discussion of significant recent federal and Texas decisions, pending cases, legislation and regulations, employee handbook policies, workplace violence, performance evaluations, dealing with the TWC and EEOC, workplace investigations, understanding issues related to the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime exemptions, and more!
