TC Attorneys Speaking at 2017 RSUI Claims Seminar

Rick Harmon, Jody Stasney, and Heather Sauter will be speaking at the 2017 RSUI Claims Seminar on Negligent Security and Texas Insurance Law Updates on April 25, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. Their presentation will provide adjusters with information regarding the latest trends in negligent security cases, and provide insight on how to evaluate potential exposures and identify available defenses. The adjusters will learn about the current legislation pending that proposes changes to the Prompt Payment of Claims statute. The adjusters will also be provided with a broad understanding of some of the key extra-contractual claims issues arising under liability policies, as well as recent updates in the area of coverage law.
