Brian S. Martin, Zandra E. Foley, and James N. Isbell will present at the University of Houston’s Advanced Insurance and Tort Claims Seminar.  The seminar will be held April 16-17 at the Hilton University of Houston in Houston, and again April 23-24 at the Cityplace Conference Center in Dallas.  Twelve hours of MCLE credit including 2 hours ethics/professional responsibility are available at this seminar.

Brian S. Martin will speak on Day 1 at 10:45 a.m. on “Allocation of Coverage:  Triggers and Their Effect on Both Claimants and Insureds:  Who Pays and How Much?”  James N. Isbell will speak on Day 2 at 8:30 a.m. on “Stowers Today:  Settlement Demands and Settlement Responses.”  Zandra E. Foley, the Course Director of the seminar, will speak on Day 2 at 10:15 a.m. on “Contribution, Indemnity and Proportionate Responsibility:  Which Apportionment Method Applies, What Does It Mean, and What Are the Parties’ Approaches?”
