Zandra Foley is Program Vice Chair of DRI Professional Liability Conference

Partner Zandra Foley is Program Vice Chair of the 2017 DRI Professional Liability Conference being held in New York December 7-8. As Program Vice Chair, Zandra is responsible for ensuring the conference content is timely and pertinent to the industry and is delivered by those with the utmost knowledge and experience in a given area.

In addition to serving as Program Vice Chair, Zandra will be co-presenting, "What Just Happened? 2017 Professional Liability Year in Review" with Susan K. McIntosh of Forsberg & Umlauf PS. The presentation will be an interactive examination of some of the most significant professional liability decisions of the past year, and a look at their implications for the future.

Zandra E. Foley is a seasoned trial attorney who represents clients in complex litigation matters related to products liability, mass torts, malpractice, and errors and omissions. She represents corporations, national product manufacturers, insurance agencies, law firms, accountants, financial advisors, doctors, nurses, engineers, and other professionals in both state and federal courts across the state of Texas. Zandra has first chair trial and arbitration experience. She currently serves as national trial counsel for a national product manufacturer and has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of complex disputes with an eye toward early and efficient resolution.
