Thompson Coe Proudly Supports DAYL Leadership Event

Thompson Coe proudly supported "Impact: DISD," the culminating project of The Dallas Association of Young Lawyers 2006 7 Leadership Class.  While funding is always an important part of giving back to the community, the firm wishes to acknowledge the personal contribution of time and dedication that Associate Roshanak Khosravighasemabadi, a member of The Class, gave to this worthwhile community project.

Through the work of she and her Leadership Classmates, five DISD elementary schools–Central Elementary, Victor H. Hexter Elementary, O.M. Roberts Elementary, Celestino Mauricio Soto, Jr. Elementary, and Highland Meadows Elementary–received help with basic services from the legal community:  Some schools needed painting and beautification.  Others requested help in constructing science gardens or butterfly gardens, which will improve children's math, science, and English skills in addition to providing children with educational opportunities they would not otherwise receive.  The  project was designed to give the legal community an opportunity to make an impact in the larger Dallas community in which many live and practice law.
