Representative Experience

Succeeded in a motion for summary judgment on coverage under a business auto policy where the driver was excluded under the policy but the insured claimed should have been added back to the policy after his license was reinstated.

Secured summary judgment precluding coverage under a business auto policy on grounds that the driver was not “occupying” the vehicle as defined by the policy and under Louisiana law where the driver had exited the vehicle and was sitting on the ground nearby when the accident occurred.

Successfully limited coverage to a single occurrence where several allegations of wrongful conduct by multiple police officers arose from a single event.
