Obtained a take-nothing verdict in Harris County District Court in case of subcontractor claiming severe injuries sustained on offshore drilling rig.
Obtained summary judgment for Underwriters in case arguing timely payment of appraisal award nullifies both contractual and extra-contractual liability — affirmed on appeal.

Obtained multi-million dollar jury verdict in a breach of contract/conversion/ conspiracy case involving theft of land-based drilling rig in federal court.
Obtained denial of Plea to the Jurisdiction filed by The City of Pasadena, Texas in case involving on-duty police officer in head-on collision with client — affirmed on appeal.

Obtained defense verdict (second chair) for the Deceased, despite fact she had consumed a significant amount of alcohol in the hours prior to the accident forming the basis of the lawsuit.
