Whitley Zachary focuses her practice on litigation defense involving personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, and catastrophic loss.  She advises and represents companies and individuals through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to final resolution, to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

She has extensive experience working with restaurant and store owners, contractors, transportation companies, and other private businesses throughout Texas. Whitley prioritizes establishing relationships, communicating effectively, and developing strategies tailored to the specific case of each client.

Obtained favorable verdict while serving as second chair in bench trial of an indemnity dispute in Midland County.

Obtained favorable verdict while serving as second chair in jury trial of a deceptive trade practices case in Bexar County.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a restaurant supply store involving trip-and-fall claims.

Obtained summary judgments in various counties throughout Texas on punitive damage claims.

Negotiated favorable settlements in numerous cases involving personal injury, death, and property damage.

Represented clients in informal settlement conferences with OSHA to resulting in violation and fine reductions.

Successfully appealed denial of a Rule 91a motion to dismiss on behalf of a city contractor.

Successfully appealed denial of summary judgment of fractured claims against a lawyer.
