Valeria Sartorio has been practicing civil law since 2012 in both the public and private sectors. While attending law school, she clerked for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas—Consumer Protection Division (CPD), where she began her legal career as a prosecutor and served as the Managing Attorney for the San Antonio Regional Office of CPD. During her tenure with CPD, Valeria represented the State of Texas in the investigation and prosecution of fraudulent and deceptive trade practices involving individual state and multistate matters.

Valeria’s experience in the private sector has focused on defending clients in a wide range of civil matters, including property damage, personal injury, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries. Her background in both prosecution and defense serves her well in crafting the most effective defense strategies and solutions for her clients.
