Moises Liberato Jr. provides strategic, client-focused representation in insurance defense, transportation, and personal injury matters. Known for his attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust, he previously interned with the Harris County Attorney’s Office in the Defensive Litigation Division.

Before practicing law, Moises spent four years with a multi-location steakhouse group overseeing licensing, health, and safety compliance—experience that sharpened his problem-solving, adaptability, and understanding of business operations.

He began his legal career at a boutique firm representing real estate investors, lenders, and landlords, then joined a mid-size defense firm where he handled transportation accidents, premises and dram shop liability, product defects, workplace injuries, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation.

In his free time, Moises enjoys watching sports, keeping up with his favorite shows and movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
