L. Michelle Martinez

Michelle Martinez is building a practice focused on premise and products liability, mass tort, and general negligence cases. Her passion for litigation is rooted in her desire to provide solutions that minimize risk and protect the interests of her clients, particularly in complex cases where clarity and precision are paramount.

During law school, Michelle gained invaluable experience as a student attorney in the Transnational Worker Rights Clinic and Children’s Rights Clinic, where she built strong client relationships, appeared in court, and served as a guardian ad litem. She enhanced her litigation skills while competing in the Uvaldo Herrera National Moot Court Competition.
