
Kelsey Liu maintains a diverse litigation practice representing business entities and individuals in all types of complex litigation matters including professional liability, agency liability, premises liability, breach of contract claims, DTPA claims, fiduciary claims and personal injury. She also has experience in appellate cases, business terminations, contract disputes and cross-border litigation and arbitration.
Kelsey is equipped to counsel clients regarding risk, liability, planning and litigation related to estate planning, gift and income tax matters. She has experience providing fiduciary expertise in estate planning and managing assets related to real estate, oil and gas interests, and investments.
During her last year in law school, Kelsey was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Luz Elena Chapa at the Fourth Court of Appeals. She has continued to give back to the legal community and serves as a Lecturer at UTSA for the undergraduate moot court team and pre-law classes.
