Liberty Mutual, et al v. BMW North America, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, 2019

Counseled construction clients (architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors) on matters involving insurance coverage, defective workmanship and design.

Represented a general contractor in a matter involving multiple alleged construction defects and obtained a favorable settlement for the client.

Represented a property management company in a matter alleging breach of fiduciary claims and obtained a favorable settlement.

Represented the subrogation interests of insurers and their insureds across the United States in Federal and State court obtaining millions of dollars in recovery.

Obtained summary judgment (based on the Florida Statute of Repose) in favor of a tire manufacturer being sued for wrongful death.
