Jacqueline Kamaie

Jacqueline Kamaie is a bilingual, experienced litigator, focusing her practice on defending personal injury claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She has represented numerous businesses and individuals in wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, including premises owners, product designers and manufacturers, general contractors and subcontractors, trucking companies, and hotels.

Jacqueline has also defended cases involving road construction, electrical system installation, and HVAC and plumbing work. She began her career representing plaintiffs in their personal injury suits.

Her exposure to defense and plaintiff’s work provides her with a unique perspective. She can analyze the respective strengths and weaknesses of each party, in addition to determining the case value.
