Jacqueline Kamaie is a bilingual, experienced litigator, focusing her practice on defending personal injury claims involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She has represented numerous businesses and individuals in wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, including premises owners, product designers and manufacturers, general contractors and subcontractors, trucking companies, and hotels.

Jacqueline has also defended cases involving road construction, electrical system installation, and HVAC and plumbing work. She began her career representing plaintiffs in their personal injury suits.

Her exposure to defense and plaintiff’s work provides her with a unique perspective. She can analyze the respective strengths and weaknesses of each party, in addition to determining the case value. Jacqueline prides herself on her organizational skills, attention to detail, and her ability to seek the most economical and expeditious resolution to client issues.

She intentionally assesses resolution strategies and focuses efforts on specific goals. She maintains an open line of communication with her clients and carriers to ensure that the entire team is fully informed of all developments and case strategies.

She has extensive experience with trucking and commercial motor vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, and construction site injuries. Her most notable experience is in defending cases involving negligent security

Arbitrated an employment matter that resulted in favorable outcome to client.
