Florence Monauer is a results-driven litigator that cares about her clients’ reputations and goals. Her clients trust her to fight for their needs while offering realistic and knowledgeable legal advice.
Florence does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to resolving every legal matter, and often, employs creative thinking to resolve issues in an efficient manner.
She is licensed in both Texas and Florida, and her fields of practice include plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death, business formation, negotiation, litigation, trademark research and registration, and even traffic representation.
Background
During her time in law school, Florence received numerous awards in Moot Court and Mock Trial. As a lawyer, she has coached law students in mock trial teams and takes pride in each of her student’s accomplishments.
Florence is married and is a proud mom of three children.
Representative Experience
Negotiated and settled a case involving death of a customer at a motel during a fire.
Negotiated and settled a case involving a slip-and-fall of a customer at a national oil-changing retail chain.
Negotiated and settled a case involving multiple parties claiming against a local farm owner and a worker’s death from agricultural equipment.
Filed suit to enforce a contractual provision involving the sale and construction of a residential home in Houston.
Successfully provided research and registration (both federal and in Florida) of a trademark slogan, word, and mark for a construction design company.
