David T. Fletcher

David Fletcher was born in Peru and speaks fluent Spanish. He focuses his practice on transportation, property, and products liability. While in law school, he interned with an Irish Barrister in Dublin, Ireland. He also studied in Salzburg, Austria, under Justice Kennedy at the United States Supreme Court.

Before joining the firm, David was a police officer in Springfield, Missouri. His experiences as a truck driver and accident reconstruction-trained former police officer give him a creative, unique approach to each case. He strives to communicate clearly, ensuring client questions are not lost in translation.

David believes his clients deserve a strong, empathetic advocate who prioritizes their needs and guides them through each resolution phase.
