Ann Parrish focuses her practice on insurance coverage, bad faith defense, first-party and third-party insurance defense, general civil defense, and construction defect defense.

She has provided coverage advice to commercial and personal lines carriers in various matters, including commercial liability, construction defect claims, business interruption loss-of-use claims, property damage, and Uninsured Motorists.

Ann also has extensive experience defending construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense claims. She handles a variety of claims in state and federal court and has worked directly with insurance industry professionals to provide coverage evaluations and efficiently resolve claims.

Ann is responsive to clients and claims professionals and is straightforward with evaluations regarding liability and damages exposure analysis.

Obtained summary judgment in favor of insurer in multimillion-dollar coverage claim.

Continued defense of and resolution of residential lawsuits resulting from weather catastrophes occurring throughout the state on behalf of multiple insurance carriers.

Represented and advised various personal and commercial property insurers regarding legal issues unique to policies’ appraisal clause.
