Amman Waheed

Amman Waheed focuses his practice on defending large organizations and professionals, such as financial advisors, accountants, architects, engineers, corporate directors and officers, doctors, lawyers, and more.

He has represented clients in general corporate matters and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. Amman also served as in-house counsel at a real estate and construction company, with various projects in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Before joining the firm, Amman worked at a boutique defense firm litigating breach of contract, premises liability, and other commercial claims.
