Alexander Myers focuses his practice on first-party property insurance defense litigation, representing insurance carriers throughout Texas in coverage disputes and extra-contractual matters.

Throughout his practice, Alexander has managed cases through all stages of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

He has collaborated with general counsels, outside counsel, and claims professionals to assess and efficiently resolve claims. Alexander works closely with carriers and claims professionals to evaluate coverage issues, assess exposure, and develop strategic litigation plans aimed at resolving claims efficiently and cost-effectively.

Before joining the firm, Alexander practiced insurance defense litigation and served as in-house counsel for a corporate entity, where he managed and defended a broad range of litigation matters.
