Aaron J. Wiseman

Aaron Wiseman is a senior attorney in the General Liability and Catastrophic Injury section. Aaron focuses his practice on defending insureds against claims arising from automobile accidents, workplace accidents, slip and falls, legal malpractice, professional liability, asbestos exposure and property damage. He also has experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Aaron tailors his approach to each case based on client needs. With a result-oriented outlook, Aaron understands that the unique facts of each case and the costs of litigation shapes what an excellent outcome will be. Aaron’s objective is to guide each matter to a favorable resolution, whether that be through a dismissal or a cost-effective settlement. Aaron is a lifelong resident of New Orleans and calls the Lower Garden District home with his wife and black labrador retriever.

Representation of clients in complex, multi-party litigation involving alleged occupational and take-home exposures to asbestos.

Representation of insureds in professional liability litigation including lawyers, doctors, insurance agents and engineers.

Obtained dismissal of claim against healthcare non-profit insured through successful argument of an exception of no cause of action.

Secured the granting of multiple exceptions of vagueness.

Obtained favorable settlements in personal injury suits arising from motor vehicle accidents
