Thompson Coe Sponsors Auction On Behalf of Houston Urban Debate League

Thompson Coe is sponsoring the Houston Urban Debate League (HUDL) annual silent auction that will be held on March 21, 2019 at the Nouveau Antique Art Bar. Houston attorney Erin McNamara volunteers with the Young Professionals Council (YPC), which supports HUDL’s mission of advancing debate in Houston-area schools by raising scholarship money for HUDL students and recruiting volunteers for HUDL events, and is co-chairing the auction this year. Sponsorship enables the auction to be a successful and charitable event by providing food and drink for attendees, so that the proceeds of the auction can go directly to scholarships for HUDL students.

HUDL is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting debate in under-served Houston high schools. HUDL hosts the Summer Debate Institute and several tournaments throughout the year, and provides scholarships to selected students.  You can read more about HUDL and the YPC here: https://www.houstonurbandebate.org/who-we-are.
