Employees in Thompson Coe’s Dallas office recently participated in a two week long food drive to collect non-perishable food items for North Texas children, families, and seniors seeking assistance through the North Texas Food Bank. At the end of the drive, Thompson Coe raised a total of 945 pounds of food which will provide access to 788 meals for chronically hungry children, families, and seniors in need in North Texas.

In addition to collecting food and monetary donations for our neighbors, Thompson Coe also provided for the four-legged friends of North Texas by donating food for the Food 4 Paws program. This program, funded through the Communities Foundation of Texas, enables the large-scale distribution of dog and cat food through the North Texas Food Bank partner agencies.

This was Thompson Coe’s 12th food drive for the North Texas Food Bank, and looks forward to partnering with them for many years to come.

The North Texas Food Bank (www.ntfb.org) is a nonprofit hunger relief organization that distributes donated, purchased and prepared foods through a network of programs in 13 North Texas counties.
