Houston
Daniel O’ Neil: Daniel is an experienced dispute resolution and litigation lawyer. Daniel is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability section, where he pursues creative solutions to resolve complicated issues in professional malpractice, catastrophic injury, and other disputes.
Dallas
Kaitlin Cswaykus: Kaitlin is a multi-faceted litigator who approaches complex legal issues with a methodical, client-focused mindset. Her diverse civil litigation experience spans more than a decade. Her primary area of focus is healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice and healthcare liability claims.
Matthew Daigle: Matt has spent his entire career representing individuals and businesses of all sizes in commercial, real estate, securities, corporate structuring, complex commercial disputes, and other related contractual matters. His approach is to work extremely closely with the client, keeping them informed and seeking their viewpoint and experience, but at the same time trying to keep things as efficient and streamlined as possible.
Haley Heinrich: Haley focuses her practice on representing clients in both commercial and residential construction disputes. She has successfully represented general contractors, builders, engineers, and subcontractors in evaluating construction contracts and in defect cases involving electrical, structural, water intrusion, flooding, and other issues.
Gordan Truong: Gordan is an aggressive litigator, who successfully represents his clients in state and federal courts. He focuses his litigation practice on premises liability, dram shop, products liability, and construction cases. He represents manufacturers, grocery stores, apartment complexes, movie theatres, contractors, property management companies, real estate agents, trucking companies, and construction companies, in personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, and property damage cases.

Elizabeth Brabb: Elizabeth has represented many clients, from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Elizabeth believes that her strong writing and drafting skills give her clients an edge. She is experienced with all aspects of civil trial and appellate litigation in state and federal court, including fact investigation, case development, strategy, drafting and arguing motions, drafting merits briefs on appeal, and settlement.
