Partner Tim Agajanian Joins Professional Liability Team in Dallas Office

Thompson Coe is pleased to announce the recent addition of Tim Agajanian in the Professional Liability section of our Dallas office. Tim brings more than 36 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, business law, professional liability, personal injury, and tort matters.

Tim is a welcome addition to our Professional Liability section and our growing firm. His depth of experience at all stages of litigation will be an asset to our firm and to our clients.

He has built his practice helping clients in construction, motorsports and racing, entertainment and hospitality, environmental, municipal contracting and government affairs, real estate, and government investigations. Tim finds creative solutions that keep deals on track, mitigate the need for litigation, minimize legal spending, and expedite the efficient handling of litigation.

Tim also has former experience handling environmental remediation matters involving Superfund issues and other regulatory compliance concerns for waste management, recycling, and landfill companies. He counsels clients regarding regulatory and compliance issues, including DOJ, SEC, and IRS subpoenas, proceedings, related investigations, and possible enforcement actions.

Tim received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and his B.S. from the University of Southern California. He is licensed in both Texas and California.
