Bernadette Catalana Recognized for 10th Year in New York Super Lawyers List

Thompson Coe is pleased to announce the selection of Bernadette Catalana to the 2025 New York Super Lawyers list for the 10th consecutive year. She was selected for the sixth year in the Metro New York list and the prior four years was listed in Upstate New York area.
The Super Lawyer list is produced annually as a result of surveying attorneys across the state who have been licensed to practice for 10 years or more. Each year, only five percent of the total lawyers in New York – Metro are selected to receive this distinction. Attorneys recognized in the list are chosen by their peers for their outstanding work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession. Their knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and advocacy on behalf of their clients allow them to stand out among other attorneys in the field.
Bernadette focuses on toxic exposure cases, Child Victims Act claims, and other mass torts. A substantial part of Bernadette’s practice is devoted to the strategic negotiation of settlements. For one of her Fortune 100 clients, she serves as National Coordinating Counsel, leading and collaborating with lawyers from all over the United States to tactically defend hundreds of cases each year.
