Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP seeks a Texas-Licensed civil litigation attorney for our Austin office with 2-6 years of experience. This position principally involves defense of Labor and employment and commercial matters.  Strong litigation skills are a must, including experience handling depositions, hearings and trials.  Excellent advocacy and writing skills are necessary. Civil litigation applicants to our Austin office should be receptive to partner direction, but capable of managing a case without significant oversight.
