Taylor Denton is an attorney in both the Labor and Employment, and Casualty sections of Thompson Coe’s Dallas office. Taylor maintains a diverse practice, with an emphasis on premises liability, construction defect, and automobile/trucking accidents.

In the area of employment law, Taylor works closely with employers of all sizes throughout Texas, advising them in claims involving gender discrimination, racial discrimination, national origin discrimination, religious discrimination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and wrongful termination.

Taylor’s litigation and counseling experience includes cases concerning alleged violations of various employment statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII, and the Texas Labor Code.

Taylor focuses on providing each client with an open line of communication and strives to work with her clients to achieve creative and favorable outcomes for complicated issues.
