Biography

Tanya White is a litigator. Her diverse practice includes premises liability, business and contract disputes, collections, construction defect, fraud, transportation, commercial, personal injury, property damage, and industrial equipment. Mrs. White represents clients in significant collection matters, helping them obtain and enforce judgments as quickly as possible, even under difficult circumstances. Mrs. White has trial and appellate practice in both Federal and Texas state courts. Her experience has proved to result in getting an expedient and just award for her clients.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained directed verdict for client where damages sought were in excess of $1 million
  • Obtained summary judgment for parent company involving a workplace injury in excess of $1 million
  • Obtained several summary judgments for clients pertaining to contractual indemnity
  • Obtained multiple non-suits for distribution clients with multi-million damage exposure
  • Represents owners and managers of sports facilities, apartment complexes, security companies, motels, and other commercial properties in general premises liability and negligent security litigation
  • Represents general contractors and property owners in property damage and personal injury claims - Represents clients in significant collection and fraudulent business matters
