Biography

Saira is a trial attorney focused on defending lawsuits filed against insurance companies, businesses, and individuals. She focuses her practice on defending claims for premises liability, personal injury, and construction defect matters. Saira also has extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Saira assists clients with complex issues in litigation, including jurisdictional challenges, summary judgments, expert challenges, and trial. Her varied practice allows her to have unique insight on both coverage and defense matters.
