Ryley T. Beeler’s practice focuses on premises liability, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, products liability, breach of contract, Texas non-subscriber, and general negligence cases. She has experience in various aspects of civil litigation, including depositions, discovery, mediations, trial, and motion practice.
Ryley has represented parties in personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, and property damage cases, including homeowners, property owners and management companies, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ryley’s work with homeowners includes defending a homeowner in a wrongful death case. Her work with general contractors and subcontractors has involved issues including remodeling, HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, structural, road construction, and workplace safety. Additionally, her work with property owners and management companies has included security issues in cases where criminal activity has occurred at a property.
Ryley joined Thompson Coe after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Ryley was an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, a Contributing Writer for the Texas Bank Lawyer, a Director for the Board of Barristers, and she was also inducted into the Order of Barristers. She won the ABA Arbitration National Championship, the National Health Law Moot Court Championship, and won three overall top speaker awards. Ryley was a student attorney for the Innocence Project of Texas, clerked for the Washington Legal Foundation in Washington, D.C., and previously worked in the House of Representatives for a Congressman of Texas.
