Frances O'Meara Speaking on Diversity in Litigation at PLUS 2017
Frances O'Meara, Managing Partner, Thompson Coe & O'Meara, LLP is presenting in Atlanta, GA, from November 1-3 at the 30th PLUS Conference.
While America is becoming more culturally diverse, not all segments of society view the growth of the diversity the same way. While diversity is increasingly accepted by some, there is also an increasingly vocal segment of society that is wary of it. Some seek a political response, such as proposals for restrictive legislation or tightening immigration. This panel will address the challenges created by the inherent conflict between and increasing diverse society and impact of the possible political responses.
