Swetha Sajja focuses on defending casualty claims filed against companies and individuals. Her practice area focuses on defending claims in the areas of trucking and commercial motor vehicle collisions, premises liability and insurance defense. Swetha is a certified mediator and has experience in plaintiff personal injury where she successfully represented clients at trials and mediations.
Background
During her time in law school, Swetha served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Bonnie Crane Hellums, where she was exposed to the trial process. Her time in the courtroom invoked her interest in civil litigation. She also participated in her law school’s nationally recognized advocacy program and competed in the school’s alternate dispute resolution team.
