Obtained summary judgment dismissing employment discrimination lawsuit alleging race, age and disability discrimination under Title VII, ADEA, and ADA
Obtained summary judgment dismissing lawsuit against governmental entity alleging use of excessive force, unlawful detention, racial discrimination and disability discrimination
Successfully defended client in a lawsuit alleging a RICO conspiracy
Jury verdict in favor of client in a personal injury case
