Obtained a take nothing judgment for property owner and management company in a premises liability case, after eliciting admission from plaintiff that there was no dangerous condition on the premises

Obtained a take nothing summary judgment for a commercial truck retailer in a negligent activity lawsuit filed by a prominent Houston lawyer

Obtained summary judgment dismissing employment discrimination lawsuit alleging race, age and disability discrimination under Title VII, ADEA, and ADA

Obtained summary judgment dismissing lawsuit against governmental entity alleging use of excessive force, unlawful detention, racial discrimination and disability discrimination

Successfully defended client in a lawsuit alleging a RICO conspiracy

Jury verdict in favor of client in a personal injury case
