Mike Johnson Speaks at St. Mary’s University School of Law

Michael Johnson participates in The Seventh Annual 2008 Symposium on Legal Malpractice and Professional Responsibility, sponsored by St. Mary's University School of Law Journal.  A variety of topics will be addressed including the ethics of surreptitious tape-recording, the unintended technological disclosure of confidential information, and ethical plea bargaining.  As one of the featured lecturers, Mr. Johnson will cover “Recent Developments in the Law of Legal Malpractice and Professional Responsibility.”  This program provides 5 credit hours of ethics CLE.
