Biography
Kelsey Stallings is a determined and successful litigator. Her practice includes premises liability, transportation, commercial matters, personal injury, and wrongful death. Kelsey represents clients in and out of court, helping them obtain and enforce judgments as quickly as possible, even under difficult circumstances. Kelsey has hearing and trial experience in both Federal and Texas state courts. She has represented clients in a variety of matters ranging from complex wrongful death cases, multi-party multi-million dollar construction cases, to simple Auto Injury cases. Her array of experience has proved to result in getting expedient and favorable results for her clients.
Representative Experience
Obtained several summary judgments for clients pertaining to personal injury lawsuits
Obtained modest settlements with million-dollar damage exposure
Successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment based on the Statute of Limitations for her clients
Obtained a denial of Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment, which later resulted in Plaintiff’s voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit
