Biography

Justin Hanna’s practice focuses primarily on providing insurance carriers effective representation on a wide range of issues involved in coverage-related disputes and bad faith litigation.  Justin also has experience defending individual and corporate policyholders in litigation involving commercial litigation, construction defects, contract disputes, employer liability, personal injury, premises liability, and transportation litigation.  Having experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, Justin is committed to providing his clients a solutions-based approach that is tailored to their individual case.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained summary judgment and dismissal of all claims on behalf of gravel company in lawsuit regarding a motor vehicle accident that involved client’s independent contractor delivery driver
  • Secured mediated settlement agreement and dismissal of lawsuit on behalf of subcontractor of Fortune 100 telecommunications company for less than 10% of Plaintiff’s alleged economic damages
  • Secured mediated settlement agreement and dismissal of lawsuit on behalf of national tire and lube franchise for less than 25% of Plaintiff’s alleged economic damages
