Biography

Jeffrey’s practice includes defending licensed professionals and corporations against claims of professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and malpractice. Jeffrey also represents employers against labor and employment claims such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. As an attorney, Jeffrey has represented and counseled both Plaintiffs and Defendants in state and federal court. Jeffrey brings his knowledge and experience from working on both sides to help his clients navigate through litigation and achieve favorable results.
